slow down

My learning for today is to slow down. Slow down with each activity that I start. I need to get out of bed slowly, ease myself into my day. Walk, don’t run. Pause before speaking – think it through. Breathe.

Whilst I am doing all of this slowing down, I want to learn how to appreciate every minute, every moment whether it is good or bad.

Everyday is a learning. On my path to healing.
